Angels on Patrol will support families in crisis and youth who have either been abused or neglected, and/or whose caregivers are facing extreme financial hardship identified by Phoenix Police Officers.

Loud Party Ordinance
Ordinance G-4630, section 2-45.1 was amended to increase neighborhood safety and reduce threats to the public peace, health, safety and general welfare. The ordinance addresses parties, social gatherings or events which result in disturbing the peace, quiet and enjoyment of our community. These occurrences often lead to excessive noise and traffic, obstruction of public streets, public drunkenness, underage drinking, fights and littering, among other problems.

Neighborhood Block Watch Grant Program
The Neighborhood Block Watch Grant Program (NBWGP). The NBWGP was created to provide funding to neighborhood groups to undertake new and innovative programs and activities aimed at preventing and reducing crime in the community.

Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol
Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol has long supported the notion that involved residents are the most effective crime fighters, reporting suspicious activity as it occurs. This program allows residents to become more actively involved as partners in crime prevention. They are the Phoenix Police Department's "Eyes and Ears!"

Phoenix Police Museum
In October 1993, the Phoenix Police Museum started as a small exhibit at the Historic City Hall, 17 S. Second Ave. With the assistance of Cindy Myers from the Phoenix Museum of History, a temporary six-month display was created. The event was enthusiastically received.
The police department divides the city into two zones consisting of six geographical areas called precincts. Each precinct is managed by a commander and staffed with anywhere from 185 to 225 officers, depending on the size of the precinct and the level of calls for service. For more information about a specific precinct you can click on the area of the map in which you are interested to go to the precinct page.

Silent Witness is a non-profit program created to give citizens the opportunity to assist law enforcement in solving crimes. Citizens remain completely anonymous and are paid cash rewards of up to $1,000 when the information they provide leads to an arrest or indictment.
